In a word: ME.
Do you find yourself ostracized for liking something that you peers don’t? Do you often find yourself thinking “I wish I could have X thing, but my friends would pick on me about it”?
Why are you apologizing for your friends’ tastes? Are you harming someone with your love of bunnies? When did it become socially unacceptable to like something?
I like weird things, no doubt about it. I make no apologies for that fact, and I don’t expect anyone to like what I like. I like combinations of things that make people wonder what planet I’m from. A zombie doll dressed in leopard print would be awesome to me for example.
Do you have anything in your life you refer to as a “guilty pleasure”? Why do you feel guilty? What are you actually afraid of? Do you find yourself lying about the things you like or dislike when in the company of “friends”?
I know, I ask a lot of questions that make some people uncomfortable or find hard to answer. But frankly, those are the most important to ask. Ask yourself what kind of things you like when nobody is looking. Don’t be afraid to like something.

The idea of a zombie doll in leopard print fascinates me. I would like to see this!

Zombie dolls I can find, but leopard print in doll scale is tricky.
