Getting my project list in order has been a really good thing. I’ve worked on three different projects today, and all of them are moving along. I’m not going to reveal any specifics until they’re up in the shop, but I’m pretty  happy with the progress so far.

I will say that two of the projects are paper crafts. I’ve never done wither type of craft before, but both are going really well. I wasn’t sure how I’d do, coming at it with no experience, but things are moving nicely. One of the projects is going more slowly than I’d anticipated, but I did get 40 pieces done today, so I’m pretty happy about that. The second went better than I expected for a first try, I’m just having some difficulty because I’m using a non-standard material. I really want to use the paper I have, but it’s presenting some issues. I’m sure I can work it out though.

As for the last thing… Well, that’s got a few more kinks in it, but I’m sure I’ll figure something out. I got injured trying the method I thought would work, so I need to come up with something else. Things have been going so well this week that I’m sure something will come to me.

Now I just need to have some patience while I get these things done. Everything always takes more time that I want, even though I’m a pretty fast worker. (Freakishly fast if you ask some people.) I was hoping to get a ton done this week and spend next week listing, but it might not be quite that quick. I will have some new items for next week though. I’ll just have to take some time away from crafting to get the listings done. I keep wishing that the items would photograph and list themselves, but alas, I don’t have quite that level of magical ability yet. *grins*
