Welcome to BrianaDragon Creations. Everything you see here is lovingly hand crafted by Briana Blair or Eric Peacock. One of the most important points about our crafts is that we never make the exact same thing twice. Every piece has a unique quirk, and yours will be the only one like it in the world. We’re also very eclectic, so you never know what kind of unique and unusual items We’ll have to offer.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. All questions are answered in 3 days or less, usually the same day.
Payment
We accept both PayPal and check as payment. . You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal: You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout, after you submit your order you will see 2 options, the 2nd one is to pay using a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
We do not store your payment information on our servers. PayPal securely handles all of our payments.
Payments made by check will need to clear our bank before your item is sent. We will update you on the status after we receive your payment.
Shipping
Shipping to U.S. destinations will be through USPS. You will be supplied with the tracking number. I track every package as well to ensure it’s delivery. I ship promptly but cannot control USPS and their time frames.
We ship once per week, typically on Friday. Shipping cost is combined for multiple item purchases.
International buyers please be aware that you will be responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or other amounts levied by your home country. Please check with your Customs office and/or Postal Service if you are concerned about possible tariffs. This is especially important for UK buyers. The Royal Mail is reportedly being much more vigilant in collecting VAT on purchases made through the mail. You should be prepared for the possibility of paying VAT plus a Royal Mail fee upon receipt. International packages will not be labeled as a gift.*We are currently selling to US customers only until further notice.*
Items will be shipped to your PayPal listed address, please make sure this is the address where you want to receive your items. We will not be held responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address. Please make sure your PayPal address is up-to-date and correct. (If you pay by check, we will ship to the address associated with your payment.)
Recycled and re-purposed materials may be used in shipping. We do our part to help the Earth by reusing clean materials whenever possible.
Once shipped, Priority packages typically arrive in 5 days or less. During holidays it may take longer. Please order at least 2-3 weeks in advance during Christmas. International shipping can take anywhere from 10 to 90 days depending on the country. I cannot be responsible for shipping delays.
After shipping we will add a note to your account with your tracking number. Be sure to check your email for this message. We also recommend checking your spam folder to ensure that no messages are improperly filtered.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied you can return your purchase within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will be made in the same manner as your payment. Items must be returned undamaged.
If your item arrives damaged or becomes damaged for reasons other than personal mishandling within 15 days you may send us a photo and request a repair. Depending on the extent of damage we may repair free of cost or require a small fee. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. Since most of our items are one of a kind, we unfortunately cannot do exchanges, as no other identical item exists. Not all items can be repaired, please be aware of this when making your request.
Please note that we will not accept returns of spiritual items that you feel did not perform as intended. Please read below for further detail. We do not offer refunds on digital items.
Refunds for other reasons are handled on a case-by case basis. Please feel free to contact me if you have any issues with your product.
Additional Policies and FAQs
All of our jewelry is created with care and attention to detail, but many pieces are delicate. Wire jewelry will warp if handled roughly. Please store your jewelry in a hanging position or in a flat space where it will not be damaged. Our items are intended for teens and adults and should not be given to small children.
It is recommended that you keep hair spray, perfume and other chemicals away from your jewelry to avoid any possible discoloration. Earwires/hooks may be gently cleaned with an alcohol swab.
Our necklaces are generally designed to be adjustable. However, if we list a necklace that you’d like but it is not in your size, we may be able to add extensions upon request, up to 3 inches at no additional charge. Be sure to contact me before purchasing. Any more than 3 inches, please contact me to ask about price.
All items are kept in a sealed container away from pets and dust at all times in a smoke-free home.
All earrings have hypoallergenic stainless steel earwires/hooks unless otherwise stated. All materials are listed in the item description, please check to avoid allergic reactions.
ACEO cards and art are sent in a protective clear plastic sleeve. We do not use sealants on our work.
Metaphysical items are provided without any guarantee of their effectiveness. Any items sold in this shop that have a listed purpose (love sachet, etc.) are imbued with energies to help you achieve that end and made with materials to further charge the item. However, the successfulness of any spiritual working depends on you, the user. Your intent and use of the item is what will truly determine the outcome it brings. When purchasing downloadable items you will have 14 days to download your file. If you do not download your file within 14 days you will have to purchase the item again. We recommend that you download your file as soon as you receive the confirmation email. If you lose your download link, feel free to email us and we will send it again.
Please note that photos are taken at close range to show detail, etc. Some items may appear larger than actual size. I do have measurements within each listing detailing sizes, lengths, etc.
Color may also vary depending on your computer monitor. Slight irregularities, color variations and inclusions are natural characteristics of some of the supplies that I use in my pieces.
