Paying attention to your hair and nails can take it up another notch!
Now, your hairstyle doesn’t make much difference other than how good you feel with it, but hair accessories can add some extra punch. Just like jewelry, what your hair accessories are made from can add to your spiritual energy. Different kinds of wood, metal and stones can have different effects. For example, pine is associated with healing and fertility, so a set of pine hair sticks would help in those matters. Brass is considered protective, so brass barrettes would be a good choice if you feel you need a little extra shielding.
Now, your hair color can be a way to amp up your energy. If you’re willing to go outside the box, adding some bold or unusual color to your coif can make you more confident, and more magical. There’s nothing like a vibrant red or bold purple to turn your energetic state up to 10!
When it comes to your nails, you can get really creative. Obviously, the colors you wear can work just like the colors of clothing you choose. On top of that, you can decorate your nails in ways that add extra magical energy. Are you thinking about adding some sparkly crystals to your nails? Crystal can ward off hexes and negative energy. Glitter is said to have a reflective effect and sends negative energy away from you.
And let’s not forget designs! It’s common to see people with all kinds of patterns and images on their nails, ranging from cute to freaky. You can easily up your magical potency by decorating your nails with sigils or symbols. Pentacles, runes, sigils and other designs can be added to your nails to make everything you do more powerful.
