So, I was talking about the theories people have about why the world is going to Hades in a handbasket. There’s one that keeps coming back into my mind, but like I said, it is in direct conflict with one of my main spiritual beliefs. I really don’t know how to sort that out, but I keep trying. I figure there has to be a reason that it keeps coming back into my mind.
So the idea is this: More and more people are being born incomplete. How does that happen? Well, people are constantly being born, but an equal amount of people are not dying. Because of this, there is not enough human soul energy to fill all the new people. If you look around, as more people are born, nature diminishes. Plants and animals die or are destroyed. So, people are ending up with that energy in them, which makes them incomplete and therefore they grow into adults that are mentally, emotionally and spiritually deficient. As a result, they are sort of feral in a way, and that’s why they either become evil people, or fall into being sheep. The energy in them is just wrong.
Now this comes into conflict with my spirituality (and science as far as I know) because all energy is neutral. It simply IS. I believe that energy can be used for both good and evil, and can be transformed from anything into anything else. As they say, energy can neither be created nor destroyed, it simply changes form. If that’s true, then there would be no such thing as “human energy” or “plant energy”. Souls would be made of the same stuff as everything else. So the idea of the wrong energy going into people goes out the window.
It gets even more complicated if you think of it like some religions, where dead people go to heaven or hell. If there are these repositories where energy goes after the body dies, then eventually the well would run dry. Of course, that depends on whether the energy pool of the universe is infinite or finite. If it’s finite, when do we run out? Are we already out? Where does energy for new people come from?
I guess in the end we’re all looking for a reason for all the bad in the world. If we could figure that out, maybe we could do something about it. When you have no answers, it’s just so hard to know what to do. So is the problem a lack of soul energy? Is it something else? If so, what? Why are so many people in the world just plain wrong? There are so many evil people and so many mindless sheep. There are so few people awake and aware. Why? What can we do to change that?
