    Day 2 complete!
    #1 – Nice except that for some reason, it makes my head buzzy. I tried to be sure I wasn’t scrunching my shoulders, but damn at the head rush.
    #2 – I actually held it for 1:30 on each leg! Don’t get me wrong, I was wobbly as hell during the last 20 seconds or so of each leg, but I’m still really proud. I remember when I could barely hold 20 seconds on each leg. By the way, I recommend doing this off your mat. Maybe it’s just me, but I have far better stability doing tree on a solid surface.
    #3 – It’s no surprise that the world record for holding this pose is only 12 minutes. It’s a killer! I couldn’t get as far down as the photo, and I had to keep rising back up and settling in again, but I got a few steady moments here and there. My knees sounded like Rice Krispies though.
    #4 – Nina Mel (the lady in all the red outfit photos) is made of rubber. I, however, am not. (yet) I don’t get nearly as bendy as her, but I did have my chest and thighs off the floor. I managed to pull some muscle under and just to the outside of my armpits doing that pose, but luckily It just aches a little now. I’m guessing that muscle/tendon/whatever-it-is doesn’t get much use and needed the work.
    #5 – Ah, the bliss of the end pose. By far the best part of it all! 😉
