    #1: I recommend putting some type of padding under your arms for this. I found the hard floor rather uncomfortable. After putting a thin pad under my arms, all was good and I was able to slowly ease down into a fairly wide spread.
    #2 & 3: I can’t fold sideways anywhere near as far as the photo, so I just focused on keeping the knee of the bent leg down and keeping the stretched leg straight while gently leaning.
    #4: I don’t have a mirror in my bedroom, but I think I got this pone pretty much spot on. I did switch legs halfway through though to keep the stretching even.
    #5: This pose is more awkward than it appears. The shoulder that’s not on the floor seems to get more pull than the other. I flipped my body over halfway through to be more even.
