    Today was a pretty good day!
    #1 & 2: My legs did great today. Holding my arms up for 6minutes was really hard, but I kept them up for most of the time. My neck was hurting though. One of these days I’m going to figure out what my neck issue is and fix it.
    #3 & 4: I did great with these. i tried the variation where you hook your arms under your knee, but I can’t quite reach. This version was really good for me though.
    #5: This gets my hips after a while, but just at the point when I felt I couldn’t take it anymore, my timer rang. I made it the full time!
