    Another day down! I took yesterday off,but got back to it today. For any of you following along, please remember that you can take a day off anytime you need it and just pick up the next day. Don’t push too far and hurt yourself!

    #1: I had to have help with this one. I used a strap to stretch backward and had someone stand behind me to make sure I wouldn’t fall over. If you don’t have someone who can help you, I recommend doing this close to a wall so you won’t fall backward.
    #2 & 3: I had to choose what to work on with this. I can bend forward pretty far, but my leg bends if I do. With that in mind I decided to use my strap and work on keeping that long leg straight.
    #4: I’m not sure how you’re supposed to keep your feet flat in that pose. I certainly can’t. I was on my toes and it was all a matter of balance. I didn’t do too bad, but I haven’t a clue how to get flat feet there.
    #5: I’m pretty good with lotus, so this was rather easy. I can get my feet just like the woman in the photo. I did untangle and switch the top foot at 1:30, just for evenness.
