    #1: This was harder than I expected. I guess it’s a lack of back flexibility. My arms felt like they were on fire and it made my lower back ache. I had to let go of it a few times and then go back into it.
    #2: Usually I’m good in this pose, but my thighs were tight today. I had to arch my back here and there to take the pressure off, but I got through it.
    #3 & 4: Absolute hell. I knew going into this that my arms were the weakest part of my body, but I didn’t realize how much things would hurt. I had to put my knee down on the lower leg, and even then it was insanely hard. I also switched from palm to fist for a while just to ease the ache. Building my arms is going to be an ongoing challenge.
    #5: This felt easy after what the rest of the session had put me through. It was a really hard day, but I know that I’m getting stronger with every session I complete.
