    Day 4 complete!
    #1: I can’t get my legs as high as the woman in the photo, but I did manage to hold the pose for two minutes before my body started having a serious case of the “WTF are you doing to me?”.
    #2 & 3: This is apparently a really advanced pose. I don’t have nearly enough flexibility. My outstretched leg was never straight, and I needed a strap because my hands wouldn’t come together. I did my best though! Hopefully by the next time I try this pose I’ll be better at it.
    #4: This one is really hard for me because I have bad wrists and weak arms. I did what i could, but it’s apparent I need more arm strength. Well, getting stronger and more flexible is what this is all about!
    #5: This pose looks so easy and relaxing, but it’s not. It’s actually a bit hard to get the alignment right. Once I got it though, I felt a lot of stretching. I know it was doing good things for me.
