    Day 1 is done! I got a bit of a late start today, but I still worked it in. #1 was good, I used a belt to help me stretch, and I got a bit farther into it than I usually can. #2 was nice, I just kept slowly sinking into it. I believe I’ll be able to get my head down to my feet in the foreseeable future. #3, now that was rough. I’m not sure what I did to my left arm yesterday or last night in my sleep, but even in a forearm variation, I was hurting. I did my best, but it was not pleasant. #4 caused some serious burn! I completely understand why sites say that one’s good for toning the butt. I only had to lower a couple of times, and my muscles are feeling it! #5 was, of course, bliss. I’m often tempted to end all yoga sessions with corpse because it’s so relaxing.

    So how did you do? If you haven’t started the challenge, do you plan to? Whenever you take your shot at it, let me know! 🙂

      Hi,
      Just seen this. What a great idea. I am in the UK so will be doing it a day behind you.
      Will start tomorrow morning (Sunday).
      Will post after I have done it, if that’s OK.

        That’s totally fine Helen! I’m sure as people find out about it they’ll be starting up in their own time. I’m glad to have anyone along on this challenge, no matter when they’re doing it.
