I was just reading an article by a fellow writer and friend. He was talking about how he is using Bubblews to speak to people, and how he wished that he could truly write a better world. What he may not have realized is that he’s doing just that.
Every one of us who is using Bubblews, our blog or any other site to talk about changing the world, righting wrongs, bringing attention to issues and so on *is* writing our world. Every article we post touches people. It makes people think. It gets them talking. We *are* changing the world every time we post.
It goes even further than you might think too. Even when I share my poetry and creative writing I’m changing the world. I’m touching people’s hearts, I’m engaging their imaginations, I’m bringing up feelings in them. I’m affecting every person who read my work. That’s why I try to write and share things that reflect the world I want to live in.
Every one of us should be mindful of what we post. Everything we set out into the world changes the world. Are you a voice of change and good? Are you just reinforcing the bad standards by writing about celebrity stupidity and how horrible people are? Today is as good a day as any to start writing about what really matters and be part of a positive change in the world.
Like Bubblews says: “Speak freely. Write your world.” Break free from the “professional” writing that’s done on other sites. Ditch the celebritrash and write things that engage people’s hearts and minds. Be the change. everything you do has an impact on the world, so make sure that impact is a positive one.
