Draculaura Monster HighI wrote a post earlier about Monster High Dolls, and it got me to thinking about which dolls I like the most and why.

Spectra Vondergeist and Ghoulia Yelps are my favorite two dolls out of the Monster High clan. I really like the way that their faces are sculpted. they have these great cheekbones, and their eyes are more feminine. They don’t look as child-like as the rest of the dolls do. That’s why I like them so much. They have a more mature, feminine look than the other dolls. Not that the others aren’t cool, those two are just the ones I like the best.

I do think it’s a shame that all of the dolls are so sway-backed though. It gives them interesting lines, but at the same time it looks really weird. I wish they had straighter backs, but I doubt that they’re going to change that any time soon, if ever. It’s one of the signature features of the line.

I will say that I also have a soft spot for Skelita Calaveras. I love the fact that they have a doll that’s totally skeletal. She represents Dia De Los Muertos, which is very cool. The only thing I don’t like about her is the gigantic eyes.

So what is your favorite Monster High Doll and why?
