Eating isn’t the only time you can add some magic into your day. Whenever you’re consuming beverages, that’s also a great time to add a little something special. Everything you take into your body can be a blessing.

Water is the simplest liquid that we consume, but that doesn’t mean it has to be boring. I highly recommend carrying a bottle of water with you everywhere. Even though I work from home, I’m never without a bottle. Whether you drink tap water, bottled water or well water, consuming this life-giving liquid is important.

Did you know that about 70% of the Earth and around 65% of the human body is made up of water? It’s pretty amazing when you think about it, and you should think about it. Water is in us, around us, in the air, rain and snow, and pretty much everywhere. Without it, life on this amazing planet would cease to exist.

When you’re sipping that clear liquid, take some time to think about all the good it does in hydrating your body and sustaining life for the planet. Remember that keeping our water supply clean is incredibly important. It is also a worthy thing to spend some time feeling compassion for those who don’t have clean water to drink. Water connects us all and is one of the most crucial substances on Earth.

Of course, other drinks are important too. You can take great pleasure from anything you consume, and you should. Much like when you’re eating, it’s not enough to just put it into your body and forget about it. You should really think about it and enjoy it, for both its health properties, and its magical properties.
