Last week I mentioned that I was starting a yoga program. I meant to do it every day, but life got in the way and I missed a few days. Well, now I’m back on track.
I was going to do the Breathing for Beginners a few more times until my legs got more flexible, but I decided to try the 12-day routine instead. Interestingly enough, the 12 Day Beginner Tour starts with the Breathing session, so I did get to do it again. My legs still hurt and I can’t reach my ankles, but I did the best I could. I got through the rest of it easier than the first time. I was happy about that.
I’ve decided that to prevent excuses, I’m going to take my tablet into the bedroom each night so that it’s right there by the bed when I get up. I’ll see it when I take my hair band out, and I’ll know I need to do it. I do need to remember though to not let the bird out before I start. Having a bird screaming and flapping around my head is seriously distracting. This is supposed to be relaxing, not frustrating.
I also noticed that there’s an option in the app to set an alarm to remind me when to do my next session. I set it, but I’m not sure if it will go off when the tablet is in sleep mode. I guess I’ll have to wait and see.
I do wish it had posted to FaceBook like it was supposed to, but that part seems to not work. Is anyone else using the Daily Yoga All-in-One app? Does the FB share work for you?
